The company has 6 seamless steel tube integral extrusion forming axle(shell)body automatic intelligent production lines with world advanced level and independent intellectual property rights.There are high precision control extruder,stepping heat treatment line,multi-point straightening machine,shot blasting rust removal,testing and painting system to ensure that the whole line is automatic and intelligent.The company makes full use of the advantages of high utilization rate,short working procedure,strong rigidity,long service life and high accuracy of steel pipes of the Group,carries out finite element analysis on shaft design to make the product lightweight and have stronger bearing capacity.
